I started off my bjj journey training strictly no-gi. After joining Paragon in 2015, I started training gi and fell in love with it! My goal is to train 2-4 times per week, depending on my personal/work schedule and I make it a point to make it into the gym. I've competed 1x and got 2nd place. I wish I would have competed more at white belt, but I am planning on getting out there more with my blue belt.


I love the family that I've gained through jiu jitsu; we are our own outcasts in a way. Since I've trained bjj, my weight has dropped significantly. I will continue to work and keep myself healthy!
