Go to www.themat.com; click “Membership”; click “Join USA Wrestling”; click “create an account”; Fill out your info; click your name under “Athlete”; Fill out the additional info, pay your $40.
Next, go to trackwrestling.com. under “event title” type “CA grappling” and hit enter. Click the “CA grappling championships, location Goleta, date 5/9/10″; follow the steps and register.

It’s a submission tournament. The rules are slightly altered, but there will be a rules seminar at the tournament, and they are posted online at the USA grappling site.
