Let’s get back to business

Alrite guys…. Pan Ams are over, Sean and Jacob are back from Dubai ( both with Jersey shore tans ) Fabio ( Monstrinho ) is back, and I’m sure the more intense warm ups are about to begin which includes 1500 abs!!! ……. World’s is only six 6 weeks away and I’ve been noticing the attendance in the late class has been scarce…. Come on guys we need training partners to be able to train hard we’re looking to get on that podium at Worlds… TEAM PARAGON.
