Can't believe it's been a year! ....Oh that's right it has been becauseit's my birthday and that marks a year. In celebration of this glorious day (my birthday not Paragon anniversary) I have placed a large box in the office for gifts, cards and cash for all of you that would like to give me something for my 23rd b-day. Some of you may be thinking who the heck is Jay and why would I want to give him something for his 23rd birthday. Well I can assure you that if you knew me you would like me and feel that a gift would be appropriate.  Nothing over $100 I would feel weird. And yes I know I look young for my age. Well guys it's been now 1 year in our new location man life goes by in a blink. The school has seen great success this year, and I wanted to say thanks to everyone who helps make Paragon the best BJJ school and only place I wanna spend my time. Also, big thanks to Aaron and Antonio for their hard work bringing Paragon Kickboxing program so far this year. Hope to see you all at the semi-annual belt promotion party April 25th.
